Just in 30 minutes ago; live scallops! We'll shuck these to order tonight and serve them as sashimi with lemon and sea salt. Simple is the best. A whole sheep came in today too. And beef tongue. And whelks. And Japanese saury. And live sea urchin. Love days when so much amazing product is here to prepare and sell. It's gonna be a great weekend at Uchi.
